I know a lot of people don't celebrate this holiday. We don't really go overboard with it anymore. Maybe a dinner date or something. But even though I don't buy into the expensive flowers and jewelry commercialism, I don't think its a bad idea to take a day to celebrate love. I don't even think it should have to be romantic love. Love of any kind is worth celebrating. And contrary to what the relentless television advertisements would have us all believe, its possible to love and appreciate love without diamonds. A heartfelt "I love you" is more than enough. Although chocolate? Well, chocolate never hurts. LOL. Love you all!
